Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have to be a creative person or someone who is good at art?

In no way do you need to be good at art or a creative person. People are able to achieve their therapeutic goals regardless of past art interest or experience. Once a foundation of a trusting therapeutic relationship is built, you may find that you are ready to explore these modalities in the safe space to see what they can offer your growth and healing process. We also offer talk therapy as well!

Do you take insurance?

Most plans consider psychotherapy provided by an LCAT (Licensed Creative Arts Therapist) to be out of network. We can provide you with a bill at the end of each month for insurance reimbursement. Contact us for more details.
