Family First's care companions go through a 3-step screening and ongoing mentorship from experienced caregivers. They assist your loved one with daily activities, dementia care, and respite care. When discharging from a hospital or rehabilitation stay, their care companions can help you or your loved one transition back into your home and help to prevent rehospitalizations.
